When will my order ship?

Each item is created especially for you. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information when available.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your shipping address and the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your order is produced, standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. Please keep in mind that production and shipping times may be longer during holidays, major sales, or periods of high order volume. 

When are your products created?

Yes. Page Turner Goods items are created on demand after you place an order. This allows us to offer bookish designs without carrying excess inventory, but it also means orders need production time before they ship.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. Each item is created for your order and sent into production promptly, so please review your shipping address, size, color, and quantity carefully before completing checkout. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see our return policy below for help with a replacement or refund.

For an address issue, contact us as soon as possible at support@pageturnergoods.com. We will review the request, but we cannot make changes once an order has entered production.

What is your return policy?

Because each item is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and work with you on a replacement or refund when appropriate.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and any damaged packaging

We’ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review the size chart and product details on each product page before ordering. For the best fit, we recommend comparing the chart with a favorite item you already own for the best fit.

Do colors look exactly like they do on screen?

We work to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to device screens, lighting, printing methods, and the material of the product.

Do you offer gift options?

Absolutely. Page Turner Goods designs are made for book clubs, reader birthdays, holidays, and just-because gifts for people who love thrillers, mysteries, dark romance, and true crime. You can ship an order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.
